Trainee consultants can expect to earn a basic salary between 15k - 18k dependant upon work experience and educational background. If you are an experienced recruitment consultant with 2 yrs experience with one firm then the basic salary can be discussed upon application. Recruitment is a delivery focused industry and all employees should hope to earn the majority of their salary on a commission focused basis. Anticipated earnings should be .
1st year earnings of - 45k - 55k OTE.
2nd year earnings of - 55k - 70k OTE.
3rd year earnings of - 80k+ OTE.
